KD Jones is a very professional organisation, helpful, courteous throughout and very effective. They also try really hard to accommodate customers needs, timing for visit etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Quoted for a job to remove an oil tank

Kevin from KD Jones attended to quote for the removal of an old oil tank. He was prompt, polite, made a good assessment of the job and sent an email quote through as agreed. Main reason I did not use his services was that another firm were able to remove the tank in a shorter time, which fitted with other jobs I was doing. Would be happy to deal with Kevin in future.

Brilliant experience from start to finish, from obtaining a quote from Kevin to the successful installation of the new replacement oil boiler done by Adrian, who was clearly very knowledgeable, diligent and charming. Efficient and effective service throughout with highly responsive and helpful communications through Sarah and Janet in the office. Thanks to you all.
