  Excellent local company

  Excellent local company. I had my boiler replaced and the job was done perfectly and very neatly. They went above and beyond as well — properly installing the expansion tank with copper pipework instead of the cowboy flexi-hose setup that was there before. They even replaced the washer in my toilet sink tap as a goodwill gesture and showed me how to adjust the communal hall door closer that had been banging for years. Fantastic service from start to finish — 10/10.

  Good swift service, good phone contact

  Had not dealt with K D Jones before. Very swift call out response to a boiler breakdown. A fix was found and swiftly made without resort to spare parts. Engineer was good and clearly described what was happening. The cost was not high and invoice for payment was delivered the following day.
