Paul from K D Multi Fuel Installation was very knowledgeable and professional throughout our installation of our log burner which had to be decommissioned and refitted due to a previous installation by another installer who had fitted incorrectly and refused to put right. Paul was always available by phone to discuss our installation throughout and is highly recommended if you’re looking for a multi fuel installation. All work was carried out in a timely manner and all areas cleaned up before leaving, thank you.

K.D and his team were on time and very polite and professional from the start to the end of the job. They carried out the work with no fuss and left no mess behind. They left everything tidy and clean. I would highly recommend the firm for any wood burning and stove insulation and or maintenance.

I rang around for a few quotes and after speaking to Paul I decided to go with him. He is very knowledgeable and you can clearly tell he has a passion for his work. I had bought a 2nd hand “old style” log burner and he advised me that it wouldn’t be very efficient, but I decided to go for it so he installed it and did I great job. He was right. A few months later with my tail between my legs I rang Paul back and asked him to advise me for a more efficient burner and could he come and install it (again). He was so professional came back with no issues and got the job sorted. 100% recommend.

Rang Paul at K.D multi fuel installation and he came out the same day to look and give me a quote for the work required as soon as he had the parts he came and replaced my flue liner and flue pipe cleaned and serviced my existing stove and replaced my register plate he also re-cemented my chimney to stop all leaks. Very professional and great communication skills all over a brilliant clean job would defiantly recommend to anyone needing a stove install or service
