Ross quoted and agreed a date to carry out a challenging installation in my elderly father’s old house. The work was undertaken as agreed in a timely manor with courtesy and due regard for my father’s wishes. Ross took the time to explain specific details to my father when required and Dad enjoyed Ross’s company, remarking how hard working he was. The pipework is very neat and we are highly delighted the whole house is warm. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm and am grateful to Ross for taking on the challenge. Turned up on time was friendly and helpful. Very little mess but tidied up afterwards everything was put back. Definitely recommend excellent job.

Ross fitted our new kitchen tap, work was carried out professionally and efficiently. We’ve used Ross in the past for central heating work and we’d have no hesitation using him again. We also highly recommend his services to friends, family and anyone looking for plumbing etc.

Ross gave an excellent service. Communication was clear, accurate and concise, and Ross answered all of my questions very quickly. On the day of the installation he arrived on time and did an excellent job fitting the boiler. The old boiler was removed along with any debris, and the area was left clean. Ross gave a full explanation on operation of the new boiler. I have no hesitation in recommending Ross if you have any plumbing requirements.

Ross came to give quote promptly and at time arranged. He advised how best to replace shower and vanity unit. We agreed a price and Ross arranged to order items on our behalf as well as arranging delivery/collection. All work was completed to a high standard as planned, plus extra, unforeseen jobs as they cropped up. Ross was caring, polite and courteous and tided up after each days work. Very satisfied overall. Would definitely recommend.
