Armourplan single ply to garage/ utility and porch roof.
Excellent service, replaced garage roof with armourplan. Looks fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Recovering of large garden shed with armourplan
On time when providing an estimate and when the works started. Outlined roofing options available and associated costs. Would not hesitate to use again.

Grinded out old mortar and replaced with lead mate as porch roof was leaking.
Explained in detail what needed to be done. Carried that work out and swept the drive to clear the rubbish up.

Flat roof refurbishment.
Excellent, very helpful and very friendly, he actually did more work within the price than estimated for. Would recommend with confidence to anyone wanting a quality job at a good price.

Renew garage roof.
Both Keith and his colleague worked efficiently and did an excellent job. They even did added extras such as installing guttering and a downpipes and re-routing an outflow pipe for no extra charge. They were clean and tidy.

Chimney re-leaded to prevent water leak into loft.
Water leaking into loft through lead lining on chimney. After disappointments with two Checkatrade members I was a bit apprehensive about choosing a third. However it was third time lucky as K.D.S roofing seems to have been an excellent choice at last. Arrived at agreed times, quote on first appointment, measured for manufacture of back box on second appointment and finally on third appointment stripped tiles off roof and replaced leaking back box. Had a downpour since fix and loft completely dry. Cheers Keith.
