Ken was very responsive and helpful. He did an excellent job and kept me informed throughout. Price was competitive. Work was to a very high standard.

We needed some work doing within a very short timeframe and found Ken through check a trade. He and his son have done a brilliant job. Friendly and professional from the outset, they explained everything they were doing as they went, and were happy with any extras we added on along the way. They even checked in on my elderly mum when I had to go out for a while! Lovely guys, top notch work, and very reasonably priced. I have already recommended them to neighbours.

We wanted to make changes to the bathroom for our elderly mum. Ken was quick to respond to the ad and came in 2 days later to have a look. Was really helpful in making suggestions that would make the bathroom more functional and safer for her. Very reasonable prices. We wanted it done quickly and with minimal disruption to her - and he came in the following week, got everything done within 2 days and with minimal mess and noise. Really friendly and pleasant. Would highly recommend him.

Ken responded very quickly on a Sunday and visited the site the following Wednesday. He did an emergency repair to the floor and gave an itemised quote for the rest of the work which is now pending insurance approval. I found him extremely helpful and responsive throughout. I would certainly recommend him as a reliable and helpful service provider.
