Order issued and deposit paid on 18 April 2024 to replace a sealed double glazed window glass unit. Numerous e-mails exchanged with K. Wildgoose (pdf attached) work still outstanding on 4th November 2024. Request for refund of deposit (paid on 18th April) made on 3rd Nov. so far not responded to. The whole process was excellent from start to finish. The new doors look wonderful. Karl and his team are reliable, skilled, courteous, honest and very tidy. Would not hesitate to use again.

Really pleased with windows and door. Great quality and a really neat job. There was no making good needed around window or door frames. Could not recommend them enough.

I contacted Karl through a recommendation and was so happy I did. He turned up to measure the windows when it was convenient for us. The quote was very reasonable and fitted us in quickly, the workmanship was spot on and left my house spotlessly clean. Great guy and really nice personality, 100% recommended him to others.

Karl and his team were amazing. I am so pleased with my new conservatory. Karl was extremely patient as I kept changing my mind! He ensured I was happy with every aspect of the job. His team are all professionals and cleaned up every night before they left. All of Karl’s guys are courteous, polite and very easy to have in your home doing building work. I would not hesitate to recommend Karl for all building work and windows.
