We contacted the customer within2 days and it got sent to our drafts by mistake as we were having issues with our emails to which we realised and informed the customer
He then said he would withdraw this feedback as we didn’t realise he hadn’t received this and it was only 2 days after we realised
We do communicate well with our customers so think this is a very harsh and unfair review
It was only 2 days
If the customer had emailed us rather than print this review we would have noticed the email hadn’t been sent to him and was still sitting in our drafts
But for it only being 2 days I think we respond a lot quicker than a lot of people
