Quooker boiling tap installation
Water leaks at the joints due to wrong installation. Eric blamed on the faulty parts. At the end we had to ask Quooker engineer to check and confirmed installation was incorrect leading to the leak.

Toilet Internal System Replacement
Eric was exceptional he was very professional, on time and his prices are very reasonable. He is a master craftsman who knows the job inside and out and he is a phenomenal problem solver. I highly recommend him and have given him all the plumbing jobs because of his work ethic.

ERIC replied quickly to my enquiry, arranged to come the next day, arrived promptly, was quick, clean and tidy doing the work and kept me fully informed throughout. He's an absolutely lovely gentleman - friendly, thoughtful, kind, professional, and did a perfect job. Couldn't ask for more - highly recommended!
