Price is dependent on roof size and complexity. This is an estimate for a typical semi-detached house. For larger or more complex roofs, price will be adjusted accordingly.

• Chimney repairs and maintenance
• Fascia, soffit and guttering installation/repair
• Waste disposal

• Scaffolding (can be arranged at an additional cost)
• Structural work beyond the roof itself
• Planning permission fees (if applicable)
• Asbestos removal (if required, this will be quoted separately)
