I paid for two skilled men when only one man did skilled work. The other did shopping, helped lift a heavy radiator onto a wall and then slept openly in his van. The radiator was bizarrely fitted half way up the wall leaving unsightly pipes instead of being joined directly onto the connections above the skirting board. Nick's wrong assessment of the pump problem led to a wild goose chase for a leak. The "drip" he found was actually the last bit of a cistern filling up! A day after I paid I was sent an email for an outstanding debt. No point in trying to get any money back I think.

Nick was very efficient and reliable and a pleasure to deal with. He responded to the initial call out request promptly and kept me informed of the progress of the job until it was completed. I would highly recommend this tradesman
