End of Tenancy Cleaning

I booked KeenClean for an End of Tenancy cleaning and we did have a bit of drama. But they did sort it out in the end. One of their cleaner broke the curtain rail, as she pointed out to me when doing the inspection. I called the agency right away who asked me to send pictures, which I did. We had to give the keys back the next day at 10am, so it was urgent for us to get it fixed. Unfortunately for us, the way KeenClean handles complains takes time and they only got back to me the next day saying that the cleaner denied all responsibility. I replied that this was a lie and they offered to pay for a new curtain rail. However we had to pay someone to fix it as time was running out and the estate agency was threatening to take the money from our deposit and fix it themselves, which would probably have cost a lot more. Five days later, KeenClean agreed to cover the cost of our handyman, a gesture I appreciated, but the whole situation had been extremely stressful and uncertain for us.

Two Carpets to be cleaned one bedroom one lounge

From the very late start booked to start at 8.30 turned up at 10.15 he finished and cleared away by 10.50 The carpets were so wet we had to use our home cleaner to suck up over 3 litres in the bedroom The marks that was caused by spilling coca cola were half cleaned other marks are still there The Lounge carpet we sucked up 1 litre of excess water The marks from where we sit are still there even just a muddy mark from my walking stick was still there We do not think any cleaning solution was used as there was no fresh cleaning smell after the cleaning was finished
