  A super extension to our home.

  Sam and his crew created a a great addition to our bungalow, comprising a large & well thought out bedroom, lux bathroom and dressing room while converting other areas to a study, spacious hallway, loo and porchway entrance. Sam’s ability to interpret plans and offer creative ideas and solutions turned the build into a positive experience. We were impressed by his honesty, integrity and professional demeanour and would happily recommend him and his team of tradesmen at Keen Construction.

  We had a Granny Annexe, courtyard and a very large patio they did fencing for us too.

  It was a pleasure to see these people every day always happy. Very polite and always tidy up every day, no job was a problem and would help if any problem arose. We are very happy with all the work carried out and would very much recommend Keen Construction Ltd.

  Steel work and window lintels for structural openings

  Sam and his team were excellent from start to finish. They were easy to work with and very easy to make amendments with. The build was tricky in areas and Sam dealt with ad a true professional and we cannot wait to work with them again on a bigger project!!

  Removed window and bricked up opening.

  Good guys, work was done well and everything kept neat and tidy. There was a small issue but Sam was very helpful in resolving and fixing said issue. I would definitely employ them again for any future work.
