Burst washing machine pipe
Sonny was very helpful. He attended quickly to sort the issue (burst pipe leading from rear of washing machine) which was resolved. He also checked to make sure everything working correctly before he went. Would recommend and use again.

Kitchen Sink replaced
Good communication phone and email. Had old stainless steal sink replaced with a ceramic one with new tapes. Work carried out was excellent, neat and tidy finish. Thank You and would recommend

Radiator replacement
I was contacted within 10 mins of registering my job on checkatrade. The hourly rate was fine and the radiator was fitting within 24 hours. Excellent service and the heating engineer that carried out the job was also excellent. Would definitely use Impecc again 10/10 from me.

A good option for an emergency situation.
So, we had a leak that need sorting out quickly, as it was affecting another property. Our regular plumber couldn't get round quickly enough, so on to Checkatrade we went. It definitely isn't easy to find a good plumber at short notice nowadays! Sonny was very helpful and reassuring, when it came to us getting booked in. Jon, a friendly fellow from New Zealand, arrived on time and did a great job at a fair price. We are very happy to recommend this company. All good. P.S. We even got a sheep as a freebie. :-)
