Diagnose lack of reception, and replace antenna eqpt
What a nice guy! Local to me, and so was able to respond quickly to my call (which was based on both good reviews here, and local word-of-mouth). Friendly, helpful, explained everything clearly and got the job done quietly and quickly (sub-30 mins). Clearly knows his stuff, he gave me some of the technical background. Recommended!

Aerial was about thirty years old and was only working intermittently.
Paul was prompt, polite and courteous, tidy and worked safely. Aerial, cables and fittings all replaced and working fine. Happy with price and great job done.
