Would suggest avoid, at any cost fitted guttering ,and said he would come back and do the many leaks that had accrued, said he would be out Sunday never turned up ,sent many texts no answer ,and many phone calls asking when he would return to put the problems right ,I gave him some slack as he said he was working flat out in Gloucestershire ,but surprise surprise 9/6/2025 Thames avenue swindon at the lights guess who it was mark the builder he did not spot me so again text him and no reply ,so many chances to do the wright thing nothing ,so next step trading standards ,and a solicitor .
