Fast and very helpful response when my elderly mum scrambled the wires on her Sky box, router and landline. The engineer was there the next afternoon and fixed everything. The charge was very reasonable.

A phone call straight away and made an appointment for the following day. A further phone call in the evening to say they would arrive 10 am. They arrived early which was even better than on time. Paul was very polite, well mannered, professional and gave me all the product knowledge on my installation. He understood because of my age (80) clearly explained the new TV properly to me. Didn’t waste anytime got on with the job and was away. I have this evening used my new TV with no problems. So thank you so much Paul. For your excellent service. I would highly recommend you
