Arranging the work was very easy and dealing with the staff was very good. The staff were very respectful and helpful. The work was completed to a high standard and was completed by a respectful, knowledgeable and fully competent engineer.

The repair was covered under the boilers 10 year guarantee, they came out straight away, fitted the replacement part, keeping me up to date as they went. Worked fine ever since. Been using this company for 10 years. All the staff are super friendly
