  Supply and install mains interlinked smoke/heat alarms and fit entrance door self-closer for Buildin

  Kyle from Kelly’s Facilities Management was excellent — reliable, knowledgeable and very professional. He attended on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the works to the exact fire safety specification required for Building Control. He installed a mains-powered, interlinked smoke/heat alarm system and fitted the entrance door self-closer neatly and to a high standard. Communication was smooth throughout and the certification/paperwork was provided promptly. The Council subsequently issued the Completion Certificate, so everything was fully signed off. I definitely recommend him.

  Re fitting entire kitchen

  Kyle was very professional and the work came in as per the quote. Despite difficulties, an excellent job was made of the kitchen. I was kept informed and consulted throughout the work. I would highly recommend the firm. The work was carried out to a high standard.

  Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended

  Kyle and his apprentice Keiran carried out an EICR on my commercial property and did a fantastic job. They installed new double wall sockets with surge protection and cleaned up damaged cabling from the DB board. Kyle went above and beyond—personally sourcing a generator when I couldn’t find one. The day after the work, a fault occurred (unrelated to their job), and Kyle quickly helped resolve it in person. Professional, reliable, and responsive—highly recommended.

  Opening jammed internal door, fitting new lock and planning door

  Although the job was small it was quite tricky and required a lot of perseverance. Excellent job, great finished product and good communication throughout.

  Reliable and competent

  Kyle put a new sink in my kitchen and re-grouted the tiles in my bathroom. He did a great job on both. He was reliable and turned up promptly on both days. He was friendly and helpful. I would recommend him and use him again.

  Decorate Kitchen Hallway and WC including repair and replaster ceiling and install downlights.

  Kyle completed all of the works to a very high standard within the required timescale, he is much more than a handyman, a fully qualified electrician with a high level of expertise in a multitude of other trades. the quality of all of the work is excellent the cost was very reasonable and even included some small additional jobs requested, I will definately use Kyle again and would recommend him to anybody.
