Kitchen Extension, Open plan creation & Interior redesign
We hired Kelmend construction to build a kitchen extension for us & creation of an open space. From the beginning, they acted very professional, arriving to the initial meeting very prepared, having studied the plans beforehand and knowing exact aspects of the work. During the build, they were quiet & respectful of both ourselves and the neighbours (no music, etc). Throughout the build they did everything to a good standard, being able to use their experience to offer alternatives where applicable. They came within budged & within the time limit they quoted us. Full Refurbishment
I had a full interior refurbishment consisting of the property being completely stripped out, new electrics and plumbing, new flooring, plastering and painting. Everything was done to a very high standard and I am very impressed with their work. They also installed a silicone render system on the exterior. Whole house refurbishment
The whole house was redecorated to a very high standard, including removing wallpaper from walls and ceilings, replastering, replacing floor, painting of walls and cielings, moving radiators and electric plugs and switches. They also refurbished an old wooden entrance door by reinforcing it, replacing the door glass, sanding, repainting it and replacing the door locks including installation of a smart lock. All the work was dobe to a very high quality and standard. In cases where small imperfections were found, they rectified those quickly and without issues. Full Interior Refurbishment
Kelmend Construction carried a full interior refurbishment on my home including removal of a wall to create an open plan living area, new kitchen installation. We also had new tiling and wood flooring throughout the property and a completely new bathroom. I would definitely recommend Kelmend Construction as they have produced a very high quality finish on my home which I am very happy with. House Renovation
I am extremely happy with the quality of services this company provides. My house rennovation was finished this June by them and I am satisfied with all the works.
