Initially went well & was impressed by their correspondence but it went downhill from when they started the work. It was wrongly assessed by their allegedly ‘superstar’ assessor, it didn’t go to plan & I was left with a problem. The manager did try to resolve situation. They took too long to remove the scaffolding (seven weeks), I’d lost trust in them, so declined their offer to do outstanding minor works. Had no completion sign off. Although they were friendly throughout, I had a very poor experience & they’re not the cheapest - poor workmanship & customer care – I won’t be recommending them

Obviously we are very disappointed with the negative experience you have had with Kempton and can only apologise for a service that is not becoming of our usual high standards.
