    Roofing problem with Kempton Installation Systems January-April 2026

    Initially went well & was impressed by their correspondence but it went downhill from when they started the work. It was wrongly assessed by their allegedly ‘superstar’ assessor, it didn’t go to plan & I was left with a problem. The manager did try to resolve situation. They took too long to remove the scaffolding (seven weeks), I’d lost trust in them, so declined their offer to do outstanding minor works. Had no completion sign off. Although they were friendly throughout, I had a very poor experience & they’re not the cheapest - poor workmanship & customer care – I won’t be recommending them

There were a few mitigating internal and external circumstances that contributed to your less than satisfactory experience, where applicable, we have made changes to improve performance on our side.     Great Workmanship

    Complete Re-Roof - Brilliant lads, did a great job of my main roof, not one leak since Dec 2024! We will be having Ben and the team back to carry out some remedial works to our extension roof (Done by another building firm).

    Treated like a friend not just a customer

    A survey of our roofing/gutter issues was carried out by a rep of Kempton Installation Systems Ltd (gentlemen with initials RB). Solutions were offered & quotes provided. I needed to liaise with the company to find a common ground on works & pricing, that would suit me better. RB instigated a reconsideration of his survey which provided an acceptable compromise on scope of works & cost. Throughout this process I was treated by RB and Kempton in a VERY professional manner, with all actions & communications being swift & clear. I felt treated like a friend. Works now organised in timely manner.

    Good Service. Easy to deal with.

    We’ve engaged Kempton on two occasions to carry out repairs to our roof and on both occasions, Rich came out to assess what was needed and provide a quote. He was punctual, polite and friendly. All the required work was clearly explained and discussed to ensure that the works suited us etc. At all stages of the work, Kempton were very easy to deal with and communication was very good. No issues at all with the service we received.

    Inspection visit

    Richard Bromham (assessor) visited my property on time & I received a pre-call to say he was on his way. He was wearing a Company logo top & was friendly / polite. He took the time to listen, inspect & discuss options / how to proceed if I chose to do so. He also emailed the quote promptly afterwards. So, my first impressions of Kempton were very good & professional.
