  All good one year later

  Took the opportunity to install a self-purchased kitchen sink at the same time as an undersink softener February 2022. Brian was extremely obliging in agreeing to do this when other companies were not so keen. One year in and all is well. Highly recommended if you are looking to work with a local installer who takes pride in their work.

  Fitting a water softener

  Chris Isted the engineer and Jackie in the office, could not have been more helpful. From my initial phone call to having the softener fitted was smooth and straightforward. Chris took the time to think through what was initially a tricky job due to the location of the mains water into the house. This ensured that he was able to put in the perfect solution and he worked hard throughout the day to complete the job on time. We are extremely pleased with the end result, something that other companies had said could not be achieved. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

  Water softner install

  Chris was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He initially gave us a detailed overview of the various softeners available before we committed and then came out to install a week later despite the snow/ice. He was very tidy, courteous and the workmanship great - he also identified a leak in our recently fitted hot water tank. Would highly recommend Chris, Jacky and team.

  Installation of water softener.

  Brian and Tony provide an excellent service. Incredibly knowledgeable and clear with installation and what I was to expect. They turned up exactly when they said they would. I felt comfortable with them in my home as they very tidy and respectful. On completion they made sure I understood not only the operation of the product they explained the pipe work and on/off valves. They also helped set up product app on my devices. I received a friendly follow up call from Jacky, in the office, to make sure I was happy with everything. Highly recommend.
