  Ken was fantastic - he did a new en suite as well as a family bathroom for us. We were booked in almost a year in advance and he kept us updated and booked in to the slot we agreed. Bathrooms look fantastic, was very helpful making suggestions for things that would work better. Kept the place extremely clean and tidy. Easy to communicate with. Would use again, thanks Ken.

• Re-Furbished Bedroom.

  Outstanding tradesman!!! Ken has been a true professional throughout our bedroom refurbishment. This is the second lot of work that Ken has carried out in our home. And the results as always do not disappoint. Excellent communications and true perfectionist!!! Especially the bespoke wardrobes he built for us. 10/10. We are now saving up to re-furb our spare bedroom / landing and hallway. And yes we will be asking Ken to carry out the work! Thank you Ken and we will see you again soon. 10/10 for service and professionalism.

• Re plastering of living room and adding lighting fixtures

  This is the second time I have used Ken for building work in my house. After he did such a good job installing my bathroom last year when it came to re plastering my living room I didn't want to use anyone else. Once again his work is finished to an outstanding standard. The room was left very tidy especially considering what messy work plastering can be. Ken is a wealth of knowledge and always happy to answer any questions or give advice. I cannot recommend him enough.

  I recently had Mr Beresford refurbish my kitchen/bathroom and doors in my living room. I love the end result of everything. Mr Beresford is a very skilled professional, who pays attention to detail, helpful with ideas and sourcing products and is totally trust worthy. I was a nervous customer having had bad experiences in the past but struck lucky when I hired Mr Beresford. I highly recommend him to everyone.

  We commissioned Ken Beresford Bathroom Installations to totally refurbish our main bathroom, en-suite, and downstairs WC. Ken refurbished the 3-rooms on a room-by-room basis, which ensured that we always had a shower, a sink, and a toilet available to us throughout the building phase. Ken was very punctual, methodical, polite and courteous whilst maintaining a totally professional ethos at all times. Ken kept his work area immaculate at all times. We were that impressed with Ken's approach to his work that we left him our house key when we went on holiday for 1-week. The end result is just stunning!

• Two bathroom renovations done in 3 weeks

  Ken is a “go-to” professional. Extremely nice work done. Great attention to detail and no request or quirk was too much trouble to accommodate or change. We had two bathrooms renovated in 3 weeks, new everything showers, wall boards, bath etc. Ken finds the least disruptive way to complete the job, we were able to function like a normal household such was his planning and his workmanship is first class. Ken is friendly, respectful and tidy. A very nice chap indeed.
