Ken was extermely prompt, professional and experienced in diagnosing and communicating the problem as well as the solution. This was an emergency and in this unprecendented time, Ken minimised the risk by wearing the protective gear and also maintaining the social distances. I can highly recommend Ken and similar small businesses in the Sutton area.

Ken identified and fixed the problem in no time- very knowledgeable, he explained everything he was doing, tidy and great communication the whole time. Would highly recommend! Thank you Ken- great to have the towel rack working!
