Fantastic deal 5 star
Came in with a great trade deal price, and had a wide range of doors and windows to chose from. Great advice with the changes we made offering experience on the final look. The instal team were fantastic and very clean, made sure everything was covered and cleaned. New Bifold Door
After popping into the unit, and viewing the bi-fold door onsite, we requested a quotation via email. Waited and then had to chase it through... a very basic quote came through with pricing that was competitive but on checking with them, pricing did not include vat - I find this very annoying as you want to know the full price to pay. We decided to go ahead as they are local, etc. 4 phone calls and email to say how do we proceed? Please email us a full quote and info re deposit, over a week wait now. Window fitting
Two parts to my review: one good, one needing improvements! The office made a huge oversight on when the glass would be ready, but were only told this on the day after we had rearranged work schedules. They stated it would be ready the next day, but again the same! The third day Rich and Dave came to install and were absolutely brilliant! They turned it around with their craft and lovely natures. They ensured we were happy with everything before leaving and were so friendly and polite and it wasn't their fault the office wasn't as organized as they should have been.
