Ian and his team provided a complete refit of our en-suite. Ian was fantastic throughout the whole process, inviting us to the showroom to talk to us about different options, designing and completing the bathroom. He was open and transparent about what to expect and how everything would go. A genuinely honest tradesman with no hard upsell. Every aspect of the bathroom has been finished to a very high quality with high attention to detail. Special thanks to Nathan and Al for all their hard work. Thanks Ian for everything.

A huge thank you to Kent Bathrooms for transforming our kitchen. The job involved removing the old worktops, sink, wall tiles and flooring, all while keeping our existing cupboards perfectly intact. We now have new laminate worktops, a ceramic sink, fresh wall tiling and Karndean flooring, which was also fitted through the adjoining utility room. They also replaced our downstairs toilet with a new Britton cistern, completing the project to a really high standard. Big thanks to Nathan, Andy, Steve, Luke, Aran, Brent, and especially Ian (Manager) for their hard work and professionalism.

Our main bathroom was in need of modernizing as it was looking a bit tired and dated. Ian came round and offered a number of options to give it a new fresh look. After a visit to his showroom to see what options were available we decided to go ahead. The team completed the work in just a few days, the standard of workmanship was exceptional and the attention to detail in ensuring everything was perfect from start of the job until completion. We are delighted with the transformation and our new look bathroom has fully met our expectations.

After having our en suite bathroom fully transformed and decorated to such a high standard we contacted Ian to discuss doing a refurbishment on our main bathroom. Ian visited us to discuss the options and in the conversation a we had we mentioned getting our hallway, stairs and landing re decorated prior to getting the bathroom done. Ian was happy to offer his teams services to do this for us and gave a very competitive quote. As we were so pleased with the previous work we asked Ian to go ahead. It was a great decision and we are totally delighted with the transformation.

We had our main bathroom and ensuite refitted by Ian and the team at Kent Bathrooms. From the planning to the installation everything was professional. What was very helpful was being able to go the unit at Gillingham Bus Park and see a variety of bathrooms to help us chose the right one for us. Ian kept us informed of when things were happening. The guys turned up early each day, covered the carpets and tidied up every evening before leaving. All very polite and friendly. We are delighted with both the bathrooms, highly recommend this company.
