Called on Friday regarding my boiler being on the blink. Adam came round the same afternoon, identified the issue ( the boiler was kaput). Arranged for a new boiler to be installed for Monday. Arrived on time both occasions. Very tidy and high standard of work.

A service that turned into a new boiler. But prices were quoted, work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Great communication, friendly, understanding and hard working. Would use this company again.

Poor man had to deal with me falling over and two excitable dogs . Having made sure I was ok he got on with the job.

Adam came when he said he would and worked efficiently. He seemed knowledgeable about gas. He found the source of the problem and fixed it straight away.

We arranged an appointment for a time that suited us, and he called on the day to confirm he was on his way—arriving right on time. The work was completed to a high standard, and we received all the necessary certificates and documentation by email almost straight away. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Adam at Kent Elite Gas again in the future.

Adam was very polite and courteous. He serviced our boiler and fixed some issues with it. He explained and demonstrated the problem clearly and was transparent about the costs to repair.
