We left the tiler to get on with the job, he'd claimed many years’ experience. We soon noticed he wasn’t using a leveler, he said he never uses one as he knows what he is doing. When he said he had finished, we were absolutely horrified that he had left all the plastic protective film still on the tiles with grout all over them. Tiles are lipped, some broken and not symmetrical, even though he used our spacers provided, the dried grout can't now be removed without damaging tiles. He said was not part of HIS job to clean them! We’re now told remove all tiles and start again with new materials!
