They popped to my house after cancelling the first quote appointment at last minister. I was told I would have a quote within a week. They have not quoted my loft conversion 3+ weeks later. I have chased them many times, and been told it will be sorted. They are now ignoring me. Not a good start.

Can't understand the good reviews! We found the project to be so stressful due to poor communication and the people they employ - rude and messy! The main problem was the roof - after completion it leaked into our neighbours property.The roofer did not show up to fix it when agreed, and when questioned he aggressively said there was nothing wrong with his work. We decided to go elsewhere - 4 roofing companies quoted for it to be fixed - they ALL said the roof join had not been completed properly (we have photos to prove this) We haven't received a genuine apology from anyone.

The whole process was excellent all the way through, nothing was too much bother and we are so happy with the end results. We would definitely recommend to everyone! We are so grateful to Lawrence and all the team!

We have hired Kent Loft Company based on the online reviews we saw and we are very pleased that we did! The job was converting our loft space into two bedrooms and a shower room. Since we already had all planning permissions ready Kent Loft Company were great at building out vision from start to finish. It was a quick and stress free process that took a huge weight off my shoulders as I didn’t have to co-ordinate everything. Communication was transparent and quick, all staff was very professional and delivered a high quality result that all our family is very pleased with.

KLC were recommended to me by a colleague at work, Jess Snr came out to quote. He came across as being honest and trustworthy, he didn't try to give us the hard sell. It was very clear he knew exactly what he was talking about and gave great advice. Jess Jnr managed our project which started in Sept, by Xmas our dusty old loft had been transformed into a large bedroom and bathroom. The entire team were nothing but polite and friendly throughout. We are very glad we chose KLC and love the extra space we have!

Absolutely fantastic job. Far quicker than we imagined and always informed as to what was happening. Any problems that arose were quickly solved and customer service was phenomenal. Heartily recommend KLC and would use them again should we move.
