So helpful and thorough with a property clearance and move - 100% recommend

I’d not arranged a property clearance before so turned to Checkatrade for guidance. I found Kent Property Clearance and was encouraged by the great reviews and that KPC has a waste carrier licence. I could not have imagined a better service. It took us weeks to assess how much needed clearing and when it could be done, and Bill answered all my questions quickly, nothing felt too much trouble - communication was really excellent. Bill and team arrived promptly for 2 separate jobs. All was cleared quickly and thoroughly - Bill also went out of his way to help move some items too. Fantastic!

  Honest and reliable service

KPC did an excellent job recently clearing the last bits of furniture and other items from my Mum’s house. Bill was honest, friendly and really careful when removing the furniture. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a house clearance company.

  Professional House clearance

We used Kent Property Clearance Maidstone to clear our house. From start to finish, Bill and his team were polite, helpful, and did a great job. Bill was clear about the costs and what these involved. They turned up bang on time each day, went about their work efficiently, quietly and professionally, and left everything looking neat and tidy at the end. Can highly recommend

  What fantastic customer service!

What fantastic customer service! Bill and his team were polite, courteous and hard working. They cleared and demolished my garden shed and other garden debris carefully putting aside anything worth keeping and then left everything tidy afterwards. In the run up to the day Bill kept me informed and the team turned up right on time. What a great company! Wish more were like them! Thank you.

  Outstanding removal company

Hire this company, they are the best! They cleared my parents’ house ahead of its sale. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding, they are professional and very accommodating. They also took the time to assess items that could be recycled or sold at auction, and we were genuinely delighted to receive money back, which was deducted from our final bill. That was an unexpected bonus and a reflection of their honesty and integrity. They handled everything with genuine care, patience, and respect. I’ve used them since, and there our go to company for ever more.
