    Cannot recommend this company highly enough. They carried out a superb job clearing my Dad’s property and were professional and friendly throughout the whole process and swept through the house at the end. Items were also sent to auction- thereby reducing my bill by hundreds of pounds. There is very much a “can do”” attitude - despite the challenges posed by my clearance.     Bill and the team did an amazing job, was a pretty straight forward small clearance but he made it super simple, got it done really quickly and made sure various items were dropped off to another address aswell as clearing the remaining furniture. Was really easy to arrange and Bill sorted me a date and time that suited me in a really quick turn around, invoiced and provided the controlled waste transfer note. Honestly could not recommend Bill and Kent Property Clearance enough. Thank you again Bill.

We are a long-established property clearance company primarily based in Maidstone, but we comprehensively cover the whole of Kent. We are a highly recommended, professional and reliable company that specialises in house clearance.
