Alan and the team have provided an extremely professional service in managing the contracts Commercial and Planning processes which ultimately aided the Contracts success.

The work consisted of carrying out surveys to multiple properties, detailing works required to bring the dwellings up to Decent Homes standards. The surveys were done in a timely fashion and well presented, fully measured with explanatory notes and photographs and costed with a high degree of accuracy. In addition the Final Accounts produced were fully detailed - following a forensic trawl of available information and records together with the taking accurate site measurements - and showed a significant recovery of additional value.
