Poor quality of work
I was planning to hire this company to maintain my properties, but after this experience, I am highly disappointed. The work included replacing silicone around the bath, treating mould and repainting the bathroom with mould treatment, renewing an extractor fan, and renewing the kitchen light with stain blocking. However, the mould treatment and stain blocking were left patchy, as shown in the pictures, and the overall finish was unprofessional. For the price charged, the quality was unacceptable. Tap not working siezed up. Toilet leaking slightly.
Brilliant quick response and quote given straightaway. The work was completed within 2 days of our initial enquiry even though it wasn't an emergency. Luke was very punctual for the appointment. Tidy with the work and we were amazed at how reasonable the cost was. We would definitely use K and E Property Services again and would highly recommend this company.
