We have now had two sets of extensions done by these excellent builders. The most recent was a rear extension to our lounge and a new hall to the front. Their workmanship was impeccable, organisation excellent, and time keeping spot on. We have no hesitation in recommending these builders.

600 characters not enough so bullet points. 1. Always on time, always here and always available 2. Quote very precise and covered everything. We came in on budget, who has ever heard of that before. 3. Any issues discussed with us immediately with several complicated issues dealt with by Matt and Tom without increasing the cost - and there were a few (nothing to do with the guys) but all taken in their stride. 4. Workmanship is stunning 5. Neighbours, window cleaners, friends all complimented matt and Tom for their professionalism 6. People come in and say, “wow, it’s a show house”.

From the moment Matt and Tom first visited everything was extremely professional. They took detailed measurements and provided a line by line cost estimate. We originally asked them to remove a partition wall between 2 bedrooms, creating a larger room, Remove fitted wardrobes etc. Their diligence and craftsmanship is second to none. They have excellent attention to detail, ask questions when appropriate and give great advice on minor changes that affect overall design. We decided to then ask them to create the outline frame for an extended en-suite and proceeded to convert the whole bathroom

This is the second time we have used Holley Building Services, having used them a few years ago to complete an extension/refurbishment. As expected they delivered a high quality finish to our new/reconfigured bathroom and we can’t recommend them highly enough. Matt and Tom are very experienced and knowledgeable and incredibly easy to work with. They can be relied upon to give an honest assessment of the work to be carried out and their transparency and personable approach really inspires confidence and trust. They are competitive with their pricing but the quality of their work is unrivalled.

We have recently had a complete new bathroom fitted by Holley Building Services. Tom and Matt were amazing from start to finish. Happy to help with advice before the job started and provided solutions without cutting corners. The finished bathroom looks great, finished to a high standard with excellent attention to detail. No snagging lists with Holley Builders - Would 100% use again for a 5* finish!

Tom and Matt were amazing from start to finish - incredibly polite, considerate and informative throughout and always available for any queries we had. The work they completed looks great and their attention to detail was brilliant. Very very happy and would recommend them to anyone.
