Replacement of locks
New Tradesmen are a mine field, you don't know what you're getting, especially when you need one like me in an emergency. Kevin is fantastic, professional and honest. Didn't charge the earth. You will not regret using him. Highly recommend and would without doubt again if I need him.

Fixing a front door lock
Kevin responded within 30 minutes of me leaving him a message and the job was completed within the hour. He was polite, efficient, and very quick! Would highly recommend.

Replaced two locks and fitted a key safe
Kevin came the same day, supplied and fitted two new locks and a key safe. He was friendly and knowledgeable and also oiled the door hinges and replaced a couple of screws in the threshold plate.

Lock change to more secure type.
I chose Kevin based on the reviews seen here and boy he did not disappoint! Tidy and polite, knowledgeable and honest in his recommendation of which lock was best. You could see he takes pride in his work, even making sure the new lock matched the secondary lock I have, and the letter box, all in silver. Extremely happy, highly recommend!

Repair to deadlock
What a thoroughly lovely gentleman to come have come to your rescue when your front door lock is playing up! Kevin came the very next day even though it wasn’t an urgent job after quoting the price range for a new equivalent lock. On inspecting my lock to find screws sheared off in the hole and only 1 of 4 screws holding it in place he thoroughly checked the working and advised me it was a good model in perfect working order so he could just re-fix it and give it a quick service and save me £160 for a new lock. What a lovely honest chap and these days it’s SO appreciated! 5*
