I had a smoke alarm that kept going off during the early hours. Tony came round the next morning and sorted it out along with a faulty carbon monoxide monitor. He was very polite and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend him

Tony responded quickly and helpfully to our emails, booked and arrived quickly also. Was polite and helpful on arrival and swiftly carried out repairs cleanly and with no issues.

Lee came back to me almost straight away and arranged a visit to see what needed to be done. A prompt quote was given and appointment time was made. Tony came and did the work required making some excellent suggestions along the way. Everything was left clean and tidy. I received excellent customer service from both Lee and Tony who were friendly and polite. I would not hesitate to use them again. Recommended.

Got a quick response from Lee who was happy to book a visit asap to do an initial assessment. Lee was very helpful and took time to listen and view everything. We were able to easily book a date for the work to be carried out. Reece came round and carried out the work with no problems, checking in with us regularly to ensure we were on the same page. Invoice received and all as agreed. Would recommend.

They were all great friendly and efficient,came on time and completed the job,and Reise cleaned up any mess.I would highly recomend them and use them again.
