Mark asked for a photo of the lock and descrilfion of the problem. He came the next day to replace the worn lock after first checking to see if he could service the lock. He worked quickly and I waa very pleased with his workmanship. He was very polite and professional and I would recommend him.

He managed to fix a lock rather than having to replace it and adjusted the fit of a door and did some drilling ( and cleaned up perfectly ) to secure it further in about an hour.
