  Lock fitting

  I had my locks changed after moving home. Note: it's a sub-contractor who comes to your house, not George who communicates with you initially. - Cons: (1) when the sub-contractor arrived he was not aware, and frankly annoyed, about the "20% off for new customers". (2) whilst he came on time, he did not have the lock I wanted on him so he came back next day. - Pros: (1) whilst the whole 20% off situation was annoying I was able to negotiate down the price with the sub-contractor a fair bit! (2) when the lock did arrive next day, it was installed promptly. - Overall I was happy, thank you!
