Keystones Maintenance is a professional property maintenance and building company providing reliable, high-quality workmanship for homeowners, landlords, letting agents and commercial clients.
We have an experienced team covering a wide range of trades, meaning our customers can deal with one trusted company rather than having to coordinate several different contractors.
Our services include general building and property maintenance, plumbing, painting & decorating, kitchens and bathrooms, refurbishments, carpentry, flooring, roofing, plastering, repairs and larger renovation projects. We can help with everything from smaller household repairs through to complete property refurbishments and improvement works.
We understand how important it is to have tradespeople who turn up when agreed, communicate properly and treat your property with respect. Our team takes pride in keeping customers updated, working safely and professionally, and leaving properties clean and tidy once the work is complete.
We regularly work in occupied homes and managed properties, so clear communication, reliability and attention to detail are a major part of how we operate.
Based in Colchester, we cover the surrounding areas across Essex and welcome enquiries from homeowners, landlords and businesses.
Whether you have a repair that needs sorting, a list of jobs around the property or a larger project you would like to discuss, get in touch with Keystones Maintenance and our team will be happy to help.
