Our patio door lock was getting harder and harder to use. KeyTek answered quickly, offered to send someone the same day but changed it to the next day without hassle. The engineer was quick, efficient, showed me what the problem was, advised how to avoid it happening again, was careful not to get oil in the patio, and was personable and polite. This is the second time I have used them and I would use them again.
