I was locked out of my house and was unable to get in using my housekey. Once I posted my job on Checkatrade I was called by Keyteck Locksmiths immediately and when I said I was on my drive and unable to access my house Keyteck Locksmiths said they would send someone out urgently. I only had to wait about an hour for the Locksmith to arrive, the Locksmith was able to gain access straightaway, told us what the problem was and showed us why we couldn't get in. We needed a new Night Latch and the work was undertaken in just over 30 minutes. I would recommend this company and use them again.

The service from KeyTek was very good quality and the engineer sent did a great job. Our door was faulty, he was able to fix it right up. And at a decent price.

They phoned me and said they would be with me within two hours,they did not arrive.

They came out the same day and repkaced my faulty lock. A really quick and efficient service i wikl definitely use them again

This was an absolute nightmare & we would not recommend this company to anyone. They claim to be International but have franchised to local solo agents. The guy they sent us to release a jammed door was a cowboy who caused more damage to the entire door & pane as he didn't focus on the jammed lock which he couldn't release. Initially the company promised to rectify the damage but later absolved all responsibility and left us in the lurch! The same guy was sent 3 times to repair the damage which he couldn't but he was the only guy in the area. Useless & arrogent company; wouldn't recommend them
