Speedy call out, good communication and both jobs completed within 4 days at the times requested. Tradesman who attended was excellent

Speedy response and fixed the issue within 2 hours of reporting the fault. Replacement parts and everything done within 2 hours.

For context: After being overcharged by a different locksmith, I reached out to a few others to get a cost estimate of how much they would’ve charged for the job. Understandably, it’s proven difficult to get written cost estimates for a job that’s already been done! Robert was kind enough to give me a breakdown & explanation of roughly how much he would’ve charged. While no work was actually needed in my case, him taking the time to respond to my ad speaks to his character :) I’ll definitely be getting in touch with Robert if I need a locksmith in future!
