This company is apparently living in cloud cuckoo land - thinking they can pick up jobs without providing any details about what they might do! It’s a kind of scam, actually encouraged and enabled by Checkstrade’s shocking systems which encourage it.

The job was a total disaster. I was promised a one-day deep clean but only one cleaner showed up at first and I had to ring the owner to get more people to arrive. They did not bring any specialist equipment and they did not do a deep clean: 18 working hours after they started the house was still full of dust and grime. The owner was aggressive and told me he'd charge me for more hours than they did, even though they did not deep clean as commissioned. I made a formal complaint, which was ignored. Avoid this company.

Had been using the company for a while now. Always provide a great service, very responsive , great communication. Happy with quality of cleaning. Franklyn is always in hand to respond to any queries so I'm confident the job will always be done to 100%. Highly recommend.

Great comms, very efficient service. Clean was good in time frame. Some bits missed but I could have given more instruction. Overall I was very pleased especially as it was very short notice. Would use again!

My partner and I recently moved into our new home, which the previous owner left in a disgusting state - particularly the oven, kitchen and bathroom. K&F were very fast to respond to our request, and arrived the next day. The clean was done to a very high standard, with the team working late into the night and coming back the next day to finish. Everybody was polite, respectful and worked tirelessly. Thanks K&F, if we need any further work doing we will be in touch.

We used K&F for a one-off flat cleaning after the property had been left empty for some months. Franklyn was extremely professional and friendly, responded to me extremely quickly, and provided a very reasonable quote. On the day, the team cleaned the flat to an extremely high standard and I was really impressed. I'd highly recommend to anyone else looking for a cleaning!
