A replacement was quickly sorted and installed, with communication and updates along the way. Although products are covered by guarantees/warranties the after care provided is first class, which is something we would like to acknowledge as this is sadly not always the case with some businesses and traders. 9Verified ReviewI took my time with deciding which electrician to use, Andy visited my partner and I twice before deciding to commence with work. Both visits Andy arrived early. I was not living in the property all days Andy his team arrived on time. Andy is friendly, polite, great at communicating. No question was too silly, my partner and I had asked for some things to altered, nothing was too much trouble. Troy said I may have an asbestos fire board behind my fire, which allowed me to check it out, he didn't have to say anything, so appreciate that he did. I would recommend Kford electrical.
