Kyle acted unprofessionally by leaving the project incomplete, citing commitments to other contracts. Despite most of the project payment having already been taken, the work remains unfinished and contains several defects. Although a two-year warranty was provided, he has failed to respond to repeated emails and phone calls regarding the outstanding issues. The project also suffered from unnecessary delays, and it became evident that he was operating with a very limited team. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against placing trust in him and recommend not making advance payments.

Keith came the day after I called as promised and was able to fix shower that day - he got a the part from the local plumbing merchant and only charged me for the actual time he was there 90 mins. the downstairs sink tap had been loose since we had it replaced (by someone else) and was awkward to tighten ourselves - Keith sorted that too

Keith replaced all the radiators in my home. Unfortunately next morning there was no pressure in the boiler and one of the radiators had a leak where the pipe had been soldered and water pouring out. Keith came back and fixed the leak. Keith fixed a leaking toilet and in the process smashed the ceramic base. He came back and fitted a cheap replacement; the base wasn’t secure and moved around even after applying a silicone sealant around the base of the toilet to the floor. I had to go on line to find a replacement myself which Keith fitted.

Found Keith to be very helpful, friendly and professional. Kept us informed, arrived on time and soon had the job done. Left all tidy. Very satisfied.

Keith turned up bang on time and set to work straight away. He finished everything quickly and with no fuss and cleaned up so you wouldn’t know anyone had been there save for the new taps! Will be using again and we have discussed him coming in to service the boiler etc already.

I did not go to them in the end as I needed urgent help but the gentleman I spoke to was very kind and helpful.
