    Kevin was incredible! His response was very quick and was really reliable. Kept us updated with his whereabouts. He came to the house and fixed the issue in a very timely manner. Kevin was highly knowledgeable - he knew what he was talking about! He was thorough in his checks to find the leak and found it! He was very calm and explained the issue in a way we could easily understand (including my parents with a language barrier). We work all day and he adapted to our lifestyle. He seemed like he wanted to help rather than just take our money! Would use his services again in a heartbeat!

    Asking money for quoting

    I was trying to get a quote for a chimney repair and the tradesman refused to disclose the estimate of the work without an upfront £350 deposit. When politely expressing I won't commit to a work assignment without a detailed breakdown of the costs, I was given a random ball-park estimate and any further questions I had were ignored, just rudely ghosted. Very unprofessional.

    Roof repair

    Whilst Kevin didn't get to carry out the work for me I found him to be polite and punctual. He came and viewed the job at the time advised and seemed to be very proficient and explained how they could complete the task. The estimate was sent as expected and gave a breakdown of what was going to be done as part of this job. After being let down by other roofers this was a welcome relief. I would definitely consider them again the future if I needed a roofing repair

    Removing old roof tiles and replacing with a new ones.

    Great service provided by KRS Roofing, from the booking the job until its finish. Prompt conversation and job was done on time. Very reliable team. Would highly recommend the company and will be using again
