Kai came out following a call from myself to fix my leaking toilet. He was with me within 20 minutes after calling him. He was respectful and kind and fixed the issue straight away. His price was reasonable considering it was a Sunday and quite late; he really looked after me. I would recommend Kai and his business to anyone. Thanks again
