Ken is the most lovely guy, and completely professional. He came when he said (despite also dealing with a crisis elsewhere)! He was thorough, considerate, careful, utterly knowledgeable, personable, and beautifully respectful of my ineptitude! Ken did a beautifully careful job, and left the place tidy, despite getting his Christmas socks damp in the process!

Installing a vertical radiator

Ken did an excellent job installing a new radiator in a tight space. He is knowledgeable and discussed with us what he needed to do. Reasonably priced. Very pleased with the final result.

Replaced water pump

Ken came out very quickly to see why we had no hot water. He explained what the problem was and that we needed a new water pump. He came back the next day with the new part and replaced it. His charges were very reasonable.

Trace and access leaking water pipe

We had the unfortunate situation of having a leaking pipe beneath our flooring. Ken came to our home, assessed the issue and agreed to carry out the work, which involved tracing the leak and digging through the concrete floor. We found Ken to be very knowledgable, informative and reassuring. He talked us through our options, kept us informed throughout and carried out his work to a very high standard. We would highly recommend Ken and his services.

Fixed bath outlet and new kitchen tap

Ken did a great job replacing our broken bath outlet pipe. It had cracked in a difficult location and was cemented in so a tricky job. Also got all the other niggles (leaking taps etc) sorted along the way and smart professional installation of a new kitchen tap
