First rate in every way!
Ken is the most lovely guy, and completely professional. He came when he said (despite also dealing with a crisis elsewhere)! He was thorough, considerate, careful, utterly knowledgeable, personable, and beautifully respectful of my ineptitude! Installing a vertical radiator

Replaced water pump
