10 Urgent repair on ceiling and walls due to water leak and damp

KH Builder were called after bedroom ceiling and walls had a massive water leak and damp after water went through from an upstairs room. They were very good at the logistics, communication and executing the work. Also they were very proactive and suggested a few other solutions to stop leak and damp. They were in touch after work was done to ensure the work was finalised properly which it was a relief as homeowner perspective. I gained a room which had been unused for a long time. KH Builder were very puntual, efficient. Balcony’s floor was rotten and water was leaking to the room below, also the floor was unsafe to walked on. Ive used Hasan from KHBuilder many times, whether its for our large extension he carried out for us or down to odd jobs like plumbing and installing boiling water taps he delivers professionaly, and with no issues at all. He has also carried out a further 2 extensions on our street which is testament to the quality of his work when neighbours notice and come round to see our house to see if we would recommend Hasan. He's very reasonably priced for the quality he provides. The price never changed throughout the process of the job and was on time. Hasan is a very reliable builder. He did my basement last year to a very high standard and I asked him to come back to sort some light fittings in my kitchen and hallway. Hasan and his team did a wonderful job on our house. He was referred to us by multiple neighbours who vouched for his workmanship. Hasan is meticulous, friendly and efficient. He is great at finding solutions to issues and happy to help in any way he can even beyond his remit. We also gave him additional jobs e.g. patio and painting because we liked the way he worked.
