Keith, contacted me initially by text and then telephoned shortly after. We then discuss what it was that I needed carrying out. As he was based locally he said that he could take a look the next day. He again text me to let me know he was on the way and would be about 15 minutes. On arriving at my house and inspecting the work required, he decided to carry it out there and then. Once completed he told me he would send all of the relevant paperwork and his invoice. This all arrived on the same day, along with an email from the DNO. I would be very happy to use Keith's services again.

Excellent honest advice given regarding a fan for a new shower room. Recommended fan is superb and has eliminated condensation throughout the house! Amazing! Can’t recommend this company enough.
