Company was very prompt in coming to quote and start the work. Unfortunately as work progressed it became apparent original contractor had made a poor job of it. What started as simple patch repairs turned into a full roof recovering. KH kept me appraised of the issue and didn't progress with the work until we discussed it fully and additional costs agreed.

Ken and his team was true to their word with price and explained everything that needed doing very good workmanship clean and tidy job done when they said it will be done would recommend to friends and family ten out of ten thanks Ken and your team Kevin

I recently used Ken to replace a bat window roof. Since then I discovered issues with damp in the loft and contacted Ken to install dry verges to the main roof. He, and his colleague Dean, were very quick to respond and completed the job to a high standard. Yet again, I have been very impressed with their attention to detail, providing me with videos and pictures of the damaged areas. Ken is a good, honest tradesman and i would definitely recommend him.

From beginning to end, Ken was great in communicating with me. His quote for the work was very favourable and was completed to a very high standard. I was given the opportunity to upgrade on the work required, without any pressure to do so. I was provided with photographic evidence of the work at every stage. Both Ken & his colleague, Wayne, were super efficient and I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Throughout the process I was kept up to date. Ken arrived when agreed and undertook the work. Tidied up once finished and did a very good job. Good customer service and good workmanship. Would recommend.
